Ventana Vista
Ventana Vista is a popular neighborhood in Ventana Ranch West. Ventana Ranch West is located in Northwest Albuquerque. (MAP)
The homes here were built by one of my favorite builders, Pulte Homes. Pulte is one of my favorite builders because of their roomy and well laid-out floor plans, their customer service and their construction quality.
Ventana Ranch West is a 940 acre master planned community with 2 neighborhood parks and walking, jogging and biking paths. Many of the home sites sit on the bluff looking over Ventana Ranch and have awesome views of the Sandias.

Vista Cantera
Vista Cantera is a small, gated community located in the heart of Ventana Ranch, near the intersection of Rainbow and Ventana Village Roads, and right by the Community Center. (MAP)
The neighborhood is full of beautiful southwestern style homes that were built by Vantage Homes. The homes on the west side of the street have some very nice views.

La Scala
La Scala is another not-to-well know smaller gated community in the Ventana Ranch area. La Scala is located just off of Paradise Blvd east of Universe. (MAP)
The homes in La Scala were built by DR Horton Homes. They are smaller homes and they range in price from 1169 to 1934 square feet. A large number of the homes were built in 2002 and 2003. Resale prices average form $165,000 to $200,000.

Vittoria
Vittoria is located directly across the street from La Scala just off Paradise Blvd east of Universe. Both La Scala and Vittoria are located near James Monroe Middle School, Sunset View Elementary and the new Ventana Ranch Community Park.
The homes in Vittoria were built by DR Horton Homes and are approximately of the same size. Some of the homes in this neighborhood back up to open space.
