The Estates at WestPointe in Ventana Ranch was built in the early 2000's by Sivage Thomas.

Most of the homes in The Estates are brick homes with a nice mixture of one and two story homes. The lots in the neighborhood are larger than average. The houses and the yards are well maintained and the neighborhood is very quiet.
School children in The Estates at Westpointe go to Ventana Ranch Elementary school, Tony Hillerman Middle School and Volcano Vista High Schools. Tony Hillerman and Volcano Vista are newer schools; Hillerman opened in 2009 and Volcano Vista opened in 2007. Ventana Ranch Elementary opened in 2004. There is also a new elementary school in the neighborhood, Tierra Antigua, so be careful to check with APS to determine where your child might go.

The Estates at Westpointe is located in the southwestern part of Ventana Ranch near Rainbow and Paseo del Norte for an easy commute across town. Unser Blvd is the main traffic artery to Rio Rancho and south to Interstate 40. There's also easy access to Double Eagle Airport and Interstate 40 west on Paseo del Norte and Paseo del Volcan.
There hasn't been much activity in the real estate market in 2009 in The Estates. Currently there is one home for sale.
