This fall APS finished construction on a new soccer complex in Ventana Ranch.
APS estimates they can save up to $40,000 in transportation costs. Previously they bussed students to a soccer complex in Bernalillo.
The soccer fields are lighted and have artificial turf. There's also a concessions stand.
The complex is located behind Tony Hillerman Middle School and is also near Volcano Vista High School and Tierra Antigua Elementary.
