I made a big change today, switching from RE/MAX Elite to RE/MAX Finest. RE/MAX Finest is located at 9680 Eagle Ranch Rd. NW, Albuquerque, near the Target on Coors and the Costco on Eagle Ranch.
It's always hard to make a change. I had friends and colleagues at RE/MAX Elite that I've known since January of 2006.
But my real concern isn't for the friends I've left behind, it's for the clients that I represent in my transactions, most of which are in Northwest Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. I feel like I will be in a better position to help them. Instead of being surrounded with agents who work the northeast heights, at RE/MAX Finest I'll be surrounded by other agents who work the same areas of town that I do. We'll be able to share strategies that work in this part of town.
The truth is, doing business in Northwest Albuquerque Real Estate is different than doing business on the other side of town. The same thing could be said about Rio Rancho. If you are thinking of buying or selling a home in Northwest Albuquerque or Rio Rancho you need an agent who specializes in these areas. That's me!
Making a change has also reminded me about the reasons why I originally went into Real Estate. It wasn't just about the money, it was to operate my business in a manner in which I could be proud. Here's my mission statement:
"To assist families and individuals in making wise decisions about the buying and selling of real estate and to operate a successful business that exemplifies good moral judgment, christian principles, competence and character."
If you want a good Realtor who cares about your transaction, you should call me. You'll be more than just a number to me.
The only difference is now you'll have to call me at RE/MAX Finest.
