Richland Hills
The brick homes in Richland Hills were built in the mid to late 1990's by Sivage Thomas. The neighborhood is located north of Paseo del Norte and Golf Course Blvd for an easy commute to Rio Rancho or the Northeast Heights. MAP.
Congress Heights
The brick homes in Congress Heights were built beginning in the late 1980's by Sivage Thomas and Opel Jenkins. Congress Heights is located near Coors and Irving Blvds and is close to Cottonwood Mall, shopping and restaurants. MAP.
Shenandoah
The brick homes in Shenandoah were built mostly by Opel Jenkins in the 1990's. The neighborhood is conveniently located south of Paseo del Norte and Golf Course Blvd. MAP.
Ventana Vista in Ventana Ranch West
The brick homes in Ventana Vista were built in approximately 2004-2007 by Pulte Homes. This is a beautiful gated neighborhood located in Ventana Ranch West. Many of the homes are located on the bluff and have outstanding views. MAP.
