I know it's hard to get excited about Albuquerque houses with pools in the middle of winter, but warmer weather is really just around the corner!
Before you know it temperatures will be back into the 80's and you'll want a nice house with a beautiful pool to splash around in.
Albuquerque has a great climate. We have four seasons, but they are all very moderate. Average high temperatures in the summer are in the low to mid 90's, with little humidity. Even in August, at the peak of the "Monsoon" season, the relative humidity stays low. Temperatures in Albuquerque rarely exceed 100 degrees. It's never as hot as Phoenix! With warm temperatures and over 300 sunny days there will be a lot of opportunities to enjoy you Albuquerque pool home.
Winter are mild too with average January highs in the mid 40's. When we get snow it usually melts the same day, except in the mountains of course, where there is winter recreation like skiing and tobogganing.
